Crimson – Standoff Band is designed to provide a positive stand of the casing for both cased and open holes. The angled fins provide increased turbulent flow. This slip Standoff Band is required where close tolerance between the casing and the hole is being encountered. Mainly it’s designed for liner applications. It’s made of one-piece high-grade steel which ensures extra strength and superior toughness.

Our Stand-Off Band is designed for vertical, highly deviated, and horizontal wells. They are manufactured out of heavy gauge steel and can withstand high axial loads and extreme well conditions. Their enhanced wear resistance design has been proven to remain functional throughout the life of the well and provide lower friction factors, ultimate drag, and rotational torque reductions. Designed as a slip-on configuration for direct installation on casing between stop collars and casing collars or can be fixed in place with integral set screws to avoid rotating and reciprocation during cementing.

Available in 4 1/2″ to 20” sizes. Any special sizes or combinations can be made available on request.
