Crimson’s Non-Welded Positive Bow Centralizers feature a unique flat-bottom “U” profile design available in varying depths. This innovative configuration minimizes frictional drag and delivers excellent performance in deviated or directional wells.

Manufactured from high-quality steel, these centralizers are engineered to achieve nearly 100% stand-off when run inside cased holes. Each unit is designed to be approximately ¼ inch (6 mm) smaller than the internal diameter of the hole in which it operates. This ensures smooth passage, eliminates brittle weak spots, and promotes maximum fluid flow through the U-profile bows.

The end collars are equipped with a self-locking mechanism, making assembly quick, secure, and efficient. The ten specialized U-shaped bows can be configured for a wide range of hole diameters, while their extended design prevents contact with casing collars during operation.

All Crimson centralizers undergo an iron phosphate treatment to protect against corrosion, followed by a polyester powder coating for enhanced durability.

These units are typically supplied in a semi-assembled condition to reduce shipping and storage costs, and are available in sizes from 4½" to 30", with custom sizes or configurations available upon request.
