Crimson’s Hinged Welded Positive Centralizers are engineered to deliver accurate casing centralization and consistent stand-off in both cased and open-hole applications. Constructed from high-strength steel, these centralizers offer superior durability and impact resistance compared to non-metal alternatives.

The positive bows are firmly welded to the outer surface of the end collars under controlled temperature conditions using precisely selected welding electrodes to ensure maximum bond integrity and strength.

Designed to perform efficiently in deviated and horizontal wells, these centralizers minimize frictional drag and provide near 100% stand-off inside cased holes. Each unit undergoes a special anti-corrosion treatment prior to polyester powder coating, ensuring excellent protection and long service life. Available in sizes from 4½" to 30", with custom sizes or configurations available upon request.
