Wire Scratcher

Crimson’s Wire Scratcher is designed to remove excess wall cake, gelled mud, and bit cuttings from the wellbore while simultaneously enhancing cement reinforcement around the casing. The design promotes localized turbulence during cementing operations, improving cement bonding between the casing and porous formations.
Each Scratcher features a hinged collar fitted with hardened and tempered wire bristles, providing effective wall cleaning and strong durability. The hinge pins ensure a secure fit around the casing, allowing easy installation and reliable performance.
