Crimson’s Non-Rotating Float Shoe is manufactured from premium seamless casing-grade steel and designed for superior performance and reliability in all wellbore conditions. It features an internal check valve with an integrated anti-rotation mechanism on the top, which significantly enhances drill-out performance.
The check-valve assembly is securely fixed within the Float Shoe and effectively prevents the flowback of cement slurry when pumping operations are halted. The design provides positive sealing in vertical, horizontal, and deviated wells.
All Float Equipment is tested and rated in accordance with API RP 10F standards, ensuring consistent quality and performance. Float equipment can be supplied in various steel grades, including K-55, L-80, N-80, C-95, T-95, and P110.
