The Top Latch down plug consists of screw in latch-down baffle plate and top-plug. The plug features an O-ring seal on the nose. It also prevents flow back. These are PDC drillable.

Crimson – Cementing Plugs are engineered for reliability. The Top plug and Bottom Plug are of the same basic design with firm wiping action provided by five wiping surfaces.
The top cementing plug has a solid body that provides positive indication of contact with the landing collar and bottom plug through an increase in pump pressure. The bottom cementing plug is launched ahead of the cement slurry to minimize contamination by fluids inside the casing prior to cementing.

Available in 3 1/2″ to 30” and in any sizes as per customer requirement.

Crimson – Combination Top/Bottom Cementing Plugs involves wiping inner diameter of two or more casing strings in one wiping action. These plugs allows tapered casing strings to be cemented while ensuring efficient wiping of the cement from different casing IDs in the string.
They are Designed and tested to withstand 5,000 psi differential pressure. The different sizes of Rubber Fins which help in wiping on the casing walls as well as assist in displacing the cement in one step. It is made of graded rubber. These Plugs are completely PDC drillable.

Crimson – Non conventional cementing plugs are used with Non-Rotating Profile Float Collar. Both the cementing plugs – Top Cementing Plug and Bottom Cementing Plug are manufactured with Auto Lock Profile which on bumping automatically locks in each other, and restricts rotation of cementing plugs. These plugs are made of phenolic core integral teeth which eliminates aluminum and large mass of rubber found in conventional cementing plugs. There are no metal parts are used and the plugs are completely PDC drillable. It consists of Wiping fins are molded from natural rubber or hydrogenated nitrile (HNBR). They are suitable for standard and high temperature well conditions. After the Top Plug latches into the bottom plug, they provide anti-rotational feature to eliminate rotation during drilling and save drill out time. Available in 3 1/2″ to 30 ” and in any sizes as per customer requirement.

Crimson – Cementing plugs are manufactured of graded rubber that is fused upon a composite or Aluminum core. This top plug can be used when dual plug system is not required and Bottom cementing plug can be used when dual plug system is required. These plugs are completely PDC drillable. Operating range of temperature with Aluminum core is up to 200 degree Fahrenheit. Plug can be ordered for higher operating temperature and operation in either synthetic or mud fluids.

Available in 3 1/2″ to 30 ” and in any sizes as per customer requirement.

Down Jet Float Collar Single/Double Valve

Crimson – Conventional Float shoe with an integral check valve attached to the bottom of a casing string prevents reverse flow, or U-tubing, of cement slurry from the annulus into the casing or flow of wellbore fluids into the casing string as it is run. The float shoe also guides the casing toward the center of the hole to minimize hitting rock ledges or washouts as the casing is run into the wellbore.
This design ensure positive sealing in vertical, horizontal and deviational wells. Material used for float equipment is seamless casing grade steel. Float equipment can be supplied in all grades of steel like K-55, L-80, N-80, C-95, T-95, and P110.

 

Available in single and double valve with 4 ½” to 20” and any special sizes can be available on request.

Crimson – Non-Rotating Float collars designed are made from seamless casing grade steel and supplied with internal check valve with anti-rotation mechanism on the top that improves drill-out performance which is tested and rated in compliance with API RP 10F standards. Traceability of the component material starts from the mill material certificates and collars are processed on CNC machines. The check-valve assembly fixed within the float collar prevents flow back of the cement slurry when pumping is stopped.

This design ensure positive sealing in vertical, horizontal and deviational wells. Material used for float equipment is seamless casing grade steel. Float equipment can be supplied in all grades of steel like K-55, L-80, N-80, C-95, T-95, and P110.
